Project: Exterior & Interior 3D Modeling for Industrial Building Site

Type: Contractual (Freelance)

Project Overview:

We are seeking a 3D Architectural Modeler to create detailed 3D models of an industrial building site for planning, presentation, and marketing purposes.

The successful candidate will produce high-quality renderings showcasing design and functionality.

Deliverables:

• Full 3D model (exterior & interior) using industry-standard software.
• High-resolution rendered images of key views.
• Optional: Fly-through animation.
• Final project files with textures and materials.

Requirements:

• Expertise in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, or Blender.
• Portfolio with industrial project examples.
• Attention to detail and collaboration skills.
