Job Description
SMEC is a global development and engineering consultancy with a strong presence in the South and Central Asia region. We are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our ongoing transportation project.
Duties include:
- Prepare and monitor cost estimates and budgets
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts
- Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractors
- Conduct regular site visits and verify quantities
- Communicate with clients and contractors
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- 5 years of relevant experience in road construction supervision and transportation projects
