Job Description
OMC Limited is currently seeking an Executive for Land & Legal positions.
Job Description / Responsibility:
- Maintain land documents, communicate with stakeholders, handle civil law matters, provide legal opinions, and manage banking documentation.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. LLB/LLM preferred.
- Skills Required: Legal Affairs, Land Vetting, Documentation, Registration, Mutation.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Additional Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in land and legal matters, proactive, excellent English communication skills, and willingness to travel.
- Ex-tahsildar preferred.
