Job Description
Manage daily activities of cards operations, including payment processing, mailings, and associated support functions.
Responsibilities:
- NPSB fund transfer dispute settlement & reconciliation
- VISA QR and Bangla QR settlement, dispute, and refund management
- NPSB 85 reason code, IRG (Irregular) dispute, IBFT reversal, fee collection settlement
- Digital banking payment query management and refund process management
- Reconciliation & Settlement of ITCL (Q-cash)
- Nostro fund adjustment
- All types of GL transfer (BDT & USD), replacement & hard renewal fee realization
- Visa Edit package file, NPSB file convert and MIS
- Excess fund, closure excess fund, conversion, fund recovery for system malfunction
- All type of dispute, retract, issuing and acquiring charge-back suspense account reconciliation
- All BDT & USD (Credit & Prepaid card) payment suspense reconciliation
Qualifications:
- Minimum two (02) years of work experience at Card Operations Department of reputed Banks.
- Minimum graduate, in relevant background without having 3rd class/division in any examination.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with effective business acumen.
- Adequate computer literacy to work on online software modules & MS Office packages.
