Job Description

Talent Centric is looking for a Manager who is passionate about food and innovation for one of the largest foodservice companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market research to understand customer needs, trends, and gaps.
• Identify and generate new product ideas. Analyzing competitors’ products and industry innovations.
• Ensuring a menu having proper range of products for different parts of the day – Breakfast, Snacks etc.
• Creating Job Aid for each new item. Provide adequate training to the Store Operations Team.
• Onboarding new raw materials / ingredients / suppliers etc. to the system.
• Managing / Improving food cost of newly developed or existing products.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 6+ years of experience within the QSR, food and beverage, or retail industry.
