Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Lead, Credit Management & Recovery. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all credit management functions and leading the recovery process for delinquent accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit analysis, risk management, and collection strategies. Key responsibilities include analyzing credit data, assessing creditworthiness, negotiating payment plans, and collaborating with internal teams to minimize credit risk.
You will be required to develop and implement effective credit policies, perform credit assessments, and work closely with customers to resolve payment issues. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach in resolving credit-related issues.
