Job Description
Akij Plastics Ltd. is seeking an Area Sales Manager with experience in the Plastics Toys Industry through Walk-in Interview.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set sales targets for individual Areas.
- Develop area sales strategies.
- Monitor daily secondary sales, delivery, and collection.
- Increase category-wise sales.
- Motivate team to achieve targets.
- Conduct market visits for coaching.
- Collect customer feedback for solutions.
- Implement product placement and cost control strategies.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor/Honors degree.
- Masters degree.
