Role Description
We are offering a full-time on-site position for a Human Resources Intern at Global Study Online in Banani. Responsibilities include HR management, policy development, employee benefits, and personnel management.
- Human Resources (HR) Management and Personnel Management skills
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
- Knowledge of employee benefits administration
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- HR related coursework or internship experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
