Job Description

We are seeking a talented Executive – Recovery to join our team. The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee the recovery process for delinquent accounts, ensuring timely collection and resolution. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a firm understanding of financial principles.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing recovery strategies, negotiating payment plans with customers, and maintaining accurate records of all collection activities. The Executive – Recovery will work closely with internal teams to minimize losses and improve overall recovery rates.
