Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily dress shirt production operations.
- Lead and mentor production teams for excellence and process improvement.
- Develop production schedules for timely delivery.
- Maintain quality standards and compliance.
- Collaborate with teams for process optimization and business goals.
- Increase productivity and reduce wastage.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of production management experience in Dress Shirt Factory.
- Proven leadership skills with large production team management.
- Strong understanding of dress shirt manufacturing processes.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Dress Shirt Manufacturing preferred.
- Educational background in related field preferred.
