About the Role:
InTalent Asia is seeking a highly experienced Manager, Manufacturing for a leading fashion garments company in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in garment manufacturing, production management, and a deep understanding of the fashion industry. This role will be responsible for overseeing the entire manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire garment manufacturing process, from raw materials to finished products.
- Manage production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of orders while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Lead and manage a team of production staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with design, procurement, and sales teams to ensure alignment of manufacturing processes with business goals.
- Implement and monitor production KPIs to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in manufacturing operations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements in the manufacturing process.
