• Technical Support: Collecting the demands of clients, Answering the functions of production in technical aspect, Exploring the potential market.
• After sales: Giving effective technical solutions and communications regarding the production issue and trouble shooting, providing training to the clients, distributors, installers etc., to improve the working efficiency and to enlarge the influence of Hikvision in technical aspect.

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge in computer, security or communication technology.
• Security/communication industry working experience, independently led effective technical support experience.
• Have a high level of business communication English, with good presentation skills.
• Basic Microsoft office software skills.
