Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Factory Manager located in Ashulia, Dhaka. The Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, managing staff, ensuring health and safety regulations compliance, and optimizing production processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent knowledge of production processes and quality control
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in relevant software applications
