Job Description

Reputate Interior Company is hiring an Estimator & Billing Engineer for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity.

Job Description / Responsibility:

• Prepare and analyze the Bill of Quantity (BOQ) based on provided drawings.
• Review and verify drawings to ensure they meet work requirements.
• Recommend suitable materials based on location and work nature.
• Collect information from sites, warehouses, and relevant locations.
• Maintain an up-to-date price list of materials.
• Build relationships with key vendors and conduct risk analysis.
• Visit sites to ensure accuracy and progress.
• Propose alternative materials when needed and liaise with architects and engineers.

Educational Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Civil Engineering
• Skills Required: Cost and budget management, Tender Preparation, Competent in BOQ and MOQ

Experience Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Real Estate or Interior Design

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh

Salary: Tk. 2500 – 3500 (Monthly)
