Reputed Spinning Industry is seeking a skilled individual to join as Manager, HR, Admin & Compliance. Responsibilities include recruitment, pay management, grievance handling, and ensuring compliance and welfare.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience Requirements:
3 to 6 years in Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments, Textile, Spinning
Additional Requirements:
Experience in garments industry HR, Admin & Compliance, knowledge of labor laws, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Location: Gazipur
Salary: Tk. 40,00 – 55,00 (Monthly)
