Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for supporting functions to ensure smooth production daily.
• Operate machinery efficiently to meet targets.
• Manage shift changeovers and manpower distribution.
• Communicate effectively with team members and superiors.
• Ensure product quality meets DOT 4BA-240 or DOT 4BW-240 standards.
• Enforce health, safety guidelines, and legal obligations.
• Participate in safety programs, conduct audits, and maintain records.
• Report data accurately.
• Perform assigned duties by management.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of production experience.
• Preference given to candidates with Cylinder manufacturing experience.

ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or BSc in Engineering from a UGC approved university.
• Priority for candidates with majors in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Production.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of local regulations and BERC.
• Familiarity with Standardization Mark and DOT 4BA-240.
• General knowledge of OSH Act.
