Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Manager to oversee and maintain the daily operations of our office, focusing on Hajj, Umrah, and other visa-related services. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of visa processes, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the processing of Hajj, Umrah, and other visa applications, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant government authorities, embassies, and consulates to ensure timely processing and approval of visas.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing guidance and support throughout the visa application process.
• Train and manage a team of staff members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to handle visa-related services.
• Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and financial records related to visa processing.
• Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and efficient manner.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the travel & Manpower export industry, with a focus on standard travel services
• Proficiency in using travel booking software and office management tools
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and team management skills.
