Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Ability to sell Retail Deposit and Loan products.
- Identify and pursue potential customers.
- Preparing monthly, weekly & daily sales report.
- Addressing and resolving customer inquiries related to banking services.
- Performing recovery activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum graduate
- Experience in a similar role in a financial institution preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English.
- Strong sales orientation and target-driven.
- Excellent customer service skills.
