Monthly Salary: 250,00 – 280,00 BDT + vehicle + fuel and other benefits
Overview: Responsible for developing and implementing strategic merchandising initiatives to drive growth for apparel brand with a focus on denim products. Need dynamic leader with extensive merchandising experience, managing client accounts, achieving sales targets. Shape company’s market presence, expand customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive sales growth.
- Oversee all merchandising activities including product launches, promotions.
- Mentor team, ensure collaboration, high performance.
- Build strong client relationships.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics, adjust strategies.
- Coordinate with sales, production to align efforts with business goals.
- Allocate budgets, resources effectively.
Pre-requisites:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Textiles, or Marketing.
- 8+ years’ experience in apparel merchandising/marketing, denim focus.
- Bangladeshi nationality required.
