Job Description
Manage the day-to-day activities of the Visa Medical Center & accountable for Visa application related operations.
Maintain MIS, handle Daily Reports, OT data, Incentive data, and Monthly Business Reviews.
Overall administrative and people management responsibility to ensure top service standards are met.
Monitor Security issues, provide training/mentoring, implement new processes, and manage escalations effectively.
Assign staff duties, manage roster based on trend analysis, and ensure timely compliance with regulatory approvals.
Responsible for cash handover and report to accounts daily.
