Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Deputy Country Director Programs in Bangladesh. As the Deputy Country Director Programs, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of all programs in Bangladesh.
Key responsibilities include leading a team of program managers, ensuring program quality and impact, liaising with government and other stakeholders, and contributing to strategic decision-making.
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing complex programs effectively.
