Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Consultant at Madaripr Legal Aid Association in Madaripur District. The Training Consultant will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, assessing training needs, and evaluating the effectiveness of training sessions. They will collaborate with stakeholders to develop training materials and implement strategies to enhance learning outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to assess training needs and develop relevant training materials
• Experience in evaluating the effectiveness of training sessions
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training software/tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or related field
• Certification in training or instructional design is a plus
