Job Description
Demand Forecasting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, market trends, and customer demand patterns. Create accurate demand forecasts and develop strategies to meet customer requirements.
Supply Planning
Coordinate with other functions to ensure the availability of required materials for uninterrupted production.
Production Scheduling
Create and manage production schedules, liaising between departments to resolve issues.
Cross-functional and NPD projects
Lead process improvements and supply chain optimization initiatives.
Warehouse Operations
Oversee day-to-day operations including storage and order fulfillment.
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate inventory records and implement control measures.
Inbound Logistics
Lead activities related to C&F agents, customs clearance, and transportation.
People Management
Lead and supervise staff, including recruitment, mentoring, and performance management.
