Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understanding customer needs and providing technical solutions
- Provide accurate order projections and lead reports
- Generate cross-sales opportunities
- Manage enquiries from lead gen to order closure
- Single point of contact for multi-division product lines
- Audit dealer networks and track customer satisfaction
Job Specifications:
- Essential Qualification: BE in Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical
- Experience: 3-5 years
Critical Competencies:
- Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and in matrix structures
- Good knowledge of boiler system engineering
- Familiar with PLC, transmitters, HMI, etc.
- Passion for networking and sales improvement
Experience/Exposure:
Candidates with thermal & steam engineering background preferred.
