Major Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all enrollment activities.
• Build and lead enrollment teams, fostering a premium ethos in positioning UCB’s programs to key target markets.
• Develop and execute the Annual Enrollment Plan in alignment with UCB’s overall business strategy.
• Craft and implement compelling communication strategies to effectively reach and convert prospects from diverse markets.
• Lead school-level admissions sessions and workshops to promote UCB’s offerings.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in student enrollment.
• Experience in CRM & Data Analysis.
• A master’s degree is essential; international educational exposure is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in leading teams and driving performance toward ambitious enrollment targets.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
