Responsibilities:

• Identify training and development needs
• Design and expand training programs
• Organize effective induction programs
• Produce training materials
• Evaluate training programs

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM/Marketing/Finance or related field
• 1-4 years of relevant experience
