Job Description

Overall Role Purpose:

Provide the full suite of DHL customer service offerings confidently, knowledgeably, and professionally to all parties contacting DHL via the customer service hotline and other contact modes.

Accountabilities:

  • Accept and register bookings for DHL services.
  • Offer alternatives to customers and seize upselling and cross-selling opportunity of valued-added services during the interaction.
  • Respond to customers consistently and confidently by providing accurate information.
  • Enhance service experience in DHL by exercising professionalism and empathy.
  • Liaise with Operations and other departments for quick resolution of customer issues.
  • Highlight areas for improvement with suggested solutions.
  • Adhere to global CS procedures while maintaining flexibility within reasonable limits.
  • Assist in CS orientation/training programs for new/existing CS staff.

Functional Experience:

  • 2 years experience in a Customer Contact Centre or Telesales environment (preferable).

Educational Qualifications:

  • Graduation in Business (preferable) or equivalent.

Language Requirements:

  • English: Fluent (written and spoken).
  • Local language (where applicable): Spoken (written and spoken where applicable).
