 Prepare the line wise production planning weekly and daily basis in collaboration with production manager.

 Established the flow of work in sewing line.

 Reduce unnecessary manpower & Increase Productivity, Efficiency and Quality.

 To perform effective line layout and line balancing.

 Update data sharing with the top management.

 Layouts make for individual style.
