Job Description

APEX DMIT is seeking a Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities include screening resumes, conducting interviews, managing employee databases, and participating in company events.

Job Responsibilities:

• Screen resumes and applications
• Conduct candidate interviews
• Schedule interviews and update database
• Perform background verifications
• Introduce candidates to the team
• Manage job ads and social media
• Address employee queries and policies

Workplace:

Location: Banani, Dhaka

Hours: 12 PM to 9 PM

Additional Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Problem-solving and organizational skills
• Experience with MS Office
• Self-motivated and deadline-oriented

Compensation & Other Benefits:

Salary: 100 BDT

Work Days: Five days per week
