Job Description

The ideal candidate will own the entire production process. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. They will also run quality assessment to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure daily production schedule implementation.
• Oversee production report & submit to higher authority.
• Assess project and resource requirements.
• Maintain daily stock of raw materials, chemicals, packaging materials, etc.
• Estimate, negotiate, and agree on budgets and timescales with clients and managers.
• Determine quality control standards.
• Oversee production processes.
• Renegotiate timescales or schedules as necessary.
• Organize repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
• Liaise with buyers, marketing, and sales staff.
• Supervise and manage junior staff.
• Select, order, and purchase materials.
• Ensure delivery of finished products to distribution.

Education:

• Graduation/Post Graduation from Reputed University.
• Experienced candidates’ educational qualification is considerable.
