Job Context
- Desh Garments Limited-100% export-oriented Ready-made Garments Factory.
Job Responsibilities
- To develop and implement HR policies and ensure they align with organizational practices.
- Manage and monitor all administration-related activities.
- Establish efficient systems for prompt services, effective controls, and workforce utilization.
- Coordinate yearly Performance Appraisal system and training needs.
- Ensure compliance with local Labor Law, ACCORD, and ALLIANCE.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Additional Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Bengali.
- Garments-related experience required.
