They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager in Bangladesh.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies, monitor performance, and achieve Volume and Numeric Distribution targets.
- Build effective Route to Market partnerships and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers/importers, and key customers.
- Negotiate and secure agreements with customers for optimal product placement and promotional support.
- Ensure efficient distribution, route management, and timely pipeline filling.
- Execute shopper marketing and sales promotion activities, and conduct trade visits to adjust strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
- Understanding of Modern Trade and Traditional Trade channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English required; Bengali proficiency a plus.
