Job Description
Position Name: Human Resource Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to HR executives
- Act as a liaison between HR and employees for effective communication
- Assist in policy creation and documentation
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting, Finance, or Human Resource
Additional Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of HR work experience
- Handle personnel activities, maintain filing systems, and resolve HR issues
- Excellent communication skills in English & Bangla
- Proficient in MS Office 365 and able to work under pressure
