Job Description
Position: Cell Lead
Reporting: Production Manager
Location: Tongi, Gazipur
Position Purpose: The Cell Lead oversees the performance and operations of a specific cell within a production line, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
What Will You Do:
- Ensure safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency of the production line.
- Establish and improve Daily Management Systems (DMS).
- Develop 24-hour action plans and allocate resources.
- Eliminate losses and problem-solve root causes.
- Build team capabilities for self-sufficiency.
We Expect from You:
- Analytical approach to improve manufacturing KPIs.
- BSC Engineering Degree from a reputable university.
- 4-5 years of production plant experience; managerial experience preferred.
- People management and problem-solving skills.
- Computer proficiency, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills. SAP knowledge is a plus.
