Role Description:
Full-time hybrid role involving operations optimization, cost-saving, maintain MMR, Lean management, production schedules, quality control, and growth strategies. Remote work is acceptable.
Qualifications:
– Experience in textile/garment industry
– Proficient in Industrial Engineering tools & techniques
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes & automation
– Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office ERP Suite
– Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Manufacturing & Technology
