Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Study the existing operation process (e.g. KPI report creation, KPI monitoring & alarm notification) and detect the manual steps to be replaced by automation.
2. Design automation solutions with the support of process & reporting engineers.
3. Create automation cases using Python / RPA (Robotic Process Automation) / Excel to replace manual work steps, such as fetching data from a database, sending automated emails, messages in WhatsApp group, etc.
Job Requirements:
1. Hold a Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer/Networking/Telecommunications related majors.
2. Extensive experience in Python programming, RPA, Excel Macro/VBA, and the ability to independently create automation cases.
3. Be familiar with SQL and capable of scripting from databases with support from experts.
4. Have basic knowledge of creating dashboards like Power BI or Tableau.
5. Knowledge of databases such as distributed database, Hadoop, Spark, etc.
