Desh Group of Companies is seeking a Head of Maintenance for their Chattogram Factory to oversee factory maintenance operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop maintenance plans for Woven Garments
- Ensure proper functioning of all operating equipment
- Maintain machines for maximum efficiency
- Allocate manpower and monitor performance
- Minimize machine breakdowns through proper maintenance
- Ensure utility services’ seamless flow
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
