Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader for our Telesales and Lead Generation department in the Call Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of telesales representatives, driving sales performance, and generating high-quality leads.
Key responsibilities include managing team KPIs, conducting performance evaluations, providing ongoing training and coaching, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
The successful candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in telesales and lead generation. Previous experience in a similar role within a call center environment is highly preferred.
