Job Description
Purpose of the Role
The role is primarily responsible for product selection, planning, development and management of Bancassurance portfolio, increasing profitability and growth. Responsible for end-to-end development and marketing of Bancassurance Products, analyze portfolio performance.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and select products based on market demand.
- Formulate product strategies based on market scenario.
- Design campaign and promotional activities.
- Ensure product growth by monitoring performance.
- Develop training materials and arrange training sessions.
- Assist Head of Bancassurance Product in monitoring channel performance.
Qualifications
- 4 years of Graduation or Masters from reputed University.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Bank/Financial Institution.
- Sound knowledge about insurance products and industry norms.
