Job Description

Talent Centric Limited is hiring a highly motivated Sourcing Executive for a renowned Apparel Sourcing Company.

Major Responsibilities:

• Collect samples from factories.
• Build relationships with merchandisers.
• Collect and prepare costing of various garments products for different order sizes.
• Factory visits, to understand and create a report of their strengths.
• Prepare profiles of the factory with their advanced machinery, workflow, IT software, etc.
• Analyze and report factory compliance, ethical standards, policies, sustainability approach, and practices.

Education:

Minimum bachelor’s degree in Apparel Manufacturing Management / Textile Engineering.

Experience:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, specifically in the apparel or textile industry.
• Freshers are highly encouraged to apply from Apparel Manufacturing Management and Textile Engineering with good communication skills.

Requirements:

• Experience in Garments, Textile, Group of Companies, Garments Accessories.
• Fluency in both English and Bengali is essential.
• Excellent negotiation skills, leadership, and team management abilities.
