Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support for day-to-day operations
- Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain electronic and physical files, records, and databases
- Prepare operational documents and support decision-making processes
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement streamlined procedures
- Provide customer service support to stakeholders
- Perform ad-hoc duties and projects assigned by management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1-2 years experience in operations or administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English required
