Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve our customers’ technical issues. You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams. Your ability to work in complex networking environments will also make you an ideal candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Pre-measurement and post-measurement at the construction area.
- Checking the quality of concrete at the site and plant.
- Site-related tasks such as monitoring cylinder making, cylinder curing, quantity check, and vehicle movement.
- Building relationships with clients, government engineers, private engineers, consultants, and architects.
- Participating in promotional activities, technical seminars, workshops, and market surveys.
- Preparing daily activity reports.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of technical support experience
- Customer service oriented
- Strong written verbal and troubleshooting skills
