Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive at Mana Bay in Gulshan. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for managing guest relations, communication, customer service, sales, and receptionist duties to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for all visitors.
Qualifications:
- Guest Relations and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience in Sales and Receptionist Duties
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
