Job Description
The role aims at planning and executing marketing and branding strategies for Pioneer Insurance Company Ltd. to drive market-share growth in alignment with business strategy.
Key Accountability:
- Innovate marketing, branding & communication strategies for market growth & sustainability
- Execute branding & communication strategy
- Drive revenue growth marketing activities & new product design
- Develop the marketing department’s structure
- Plan & execute annual branding & communication budget
- Coordinate marketing efforts with financial and branding goals
Academic Qualifications:
- Masters’ degree in Marketing from an accredited university
- MBA with Marketing major is a plus
