Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site Intern role in Human Resources at Creative IT Institute in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Intern will be involved in HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications:
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Knowledge of HR policies and employee benefits
- Personnel Management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
