Job Description

Invicta Solutions Ltd. is currently looking for the position of ‘DGM – Footwear and Specialty Market’ for one of its multinational clients operating in the Manufacturing industry.

Job Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement growth strategies for footwear categories, driving sales and managing key accounts.
• Monitor market trends and competitors, providing insights for product development and sales.
• Build and maintain customer relationships, collaborating with sales to secure new deals and expand market reach.
• Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to contract closure.
• Partner with marketing to enhance brand visibility and boost awareness at industry events.
• Prepare sales forecasts, profitability reports, and manage the annual budget.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Report on sales performance and market trends, adjusting strategies as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Leather Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 12+ years in business development, sales, or marketing in footwear, fashion, or specialty products, with a proven track record.
• Strong understanding of the Bangladesh footwear market with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, financial forecasting, and market research.
