Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Counselor at Kampus Group Bangladesh. The Head of Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students seeking to study abroad, overseeing the student recruitment process, conducting counselors training & development, reporting to the top management and collaborating with universities and educational institutions.
Qualifications
- Experience in student counseling and recruitment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of the UK education system and university admission processes
- Ability to motivate and build up a strong counseling team
- Organizational and leadership skills
- Fluency in English and Bengali languages
- Three years of experience in higher education or study abroad services
- Bachelor’s degree in Education
