Job Description
Responsibilities & Context:
- Assisting Country HR Head with recruitment, selection, and on-boarding processes.
- Conducting background checks, references, and maintaining personnel files.
- Auditing benefits programs and processing terminations.
- Communicating policies, procedures, and employee engagement activities.
- Analyzing trends, metrics, and legal requirements for regulatory compliance.
- Providing performance management guidance to line management.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management.
Experience:
- 0 to 4 years
