Job Description

Salam Steel Concast Re-Rolling Mills Madanpur Unit Ltd. is seeking a General Manager – Factory with expertise in steel & Re-Rolling Mills factory operations.

Key Points:

• Must have prior experience in steel & Re-Rolling Mills factory.

Job Description / Responsibility:

• Handle Factory administration, Production, Quality & maintenance departments
• Develop business objectives, plans, and programs
• Supervise production planning and coordination across departments
• Oversee general administration, Quality Control, and other functions
• Manage stores, procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations
• Motivate and counsel Team Members and subordinates

Educational Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Metallurgical Engineering, preferably with a Master’s degree
• Skills Required: Project Management, Administration

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the Steel industry

Additional Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in Factory GM position
