Role Description:
This full-time on-site role is for an HR Manager at KNIT CONCERN LTD in Narayanganj Sadar Upazila. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of HR management and administration such as recruitment, training, payroll, performance evaluation, and employee relations.
Qualifications:
- Recruitment, Training, and Performance Evaluation skills
- Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
